Each year 170,000 children are born with cleft lip and palate and because of it, will never know what it's like to smile. Thankfully, Smile Train has helped provide free cleft repair surgery for more than 800,000 of these children, giving them all a smile and a second chance at life.
Unfortunately, there are still more than a million children in need of surgery around the world.
But with your help, we can change all that!
